1. Information Collection
   Information Management of America, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on the E-Pro Tracker web sites (www.eprotrak.com, www.eprotrack.com, www.eprotracker.com, etc., and supporting secure web servers). Information Management of America, Inc. collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
   
   
2. Registration
   In order to use this Web site, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give contact information (such as name, phone number, and email address). We use this information to contact the user about services on our site for which he or she has expressed interest. We also require a user’s social security number for the purpose of validating tax information for those who plan on furthering business relations and profits with Information Management of America, Inc. via the E-Pro Tracker Service.
   
   
3. Order Forms
   We request specific information from the user on our order forms. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. The address is also used by our financial institution to validate the credit card through the Address Verification System.
   
   
4. Information Use
   The information we collect from you at registration is used primarily by personnel of Information Management of America, Inc. for contact information. The information will be used if we need to send correspondence relating to the services we provide through mail, through email, by phone, or by fax. That same information you entered at registration can be edited by you at any time through the E-Pro Tracker tool. The information you provide may also be used to verify the existence of your business if you plan on being a business partner of Information Management of America, Inc.. In addition, whenever you submit an order form with us, you will provide an address that matches your credit card number. This address will be sent to our financial institution for the use of validating the credit card only.
   
   
5. Cookies
   A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. Due to security concerns and reliability issues, the E-Pro Tracker Web sites do not use any cookies for any portions of the web site for the user. Certain administration tools used only by the personnel of Information Mangement of America, Inc. may use cookies, but pertinent or personal information is never stored in a cookie.
   
   
6. Log Files
   Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, pages visited, and date and time of visits. This information is used to analyze trends and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use by Wusage 7.1. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. In addition, logs are also kept by the E-Pro Tracker Tool itself. These log entries are used to describe events an errors that pertain to the usage of the tool. The entries can also be used by the Information Management of America, Inc. technical support personnel to track down and fix any possible problems. The entries pertaining to the user can be viewed from the tool itself by the user.

   All special offers and updates will be advertised from the E-Pro Tracker Tool itself. Additionally, emails may be sent to the email address you provide is from time to time.

3. Third Party Intermediaries
   We use an outside credit card processing company to bill users for services. This company doe not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes other than verification.
   
   
4. Business Transitions
   In the event Information Management of America, Inc. goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Users will be notified via email prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information. If as a result of the business transition, the users’ personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.
   
   
5. Choice/Opt-out
   Our users will be given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site, if and when we decide to do this. 7. Security
   This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line.
   When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL with 128-bit keys. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just ‘surfing’.
   While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is stored in a password protected relational database. Additionally, particularly sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, passwords, and social security numbers, are in encrypted form within the database. The keys to unlock the information are stored within the E-Pro Tracker Tool, which is also encrypted itself. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
